Cancellation Policy

Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 10 minutes late without communication, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service price. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This policy helps protect scheduled time and ensures availability for all clients. If you anticipate running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, depending on availability.
